Security forces recovered arms and ammunition during a search operation conducted in the general area of Lenglong and Taikhang under Nungba-PS, Noney district. The recovered arms include one7.62 mm AK-47 rifle with magazine, one US Carbine M2 with magazine, one .22 Pistol with magazine, one DJI drone, four 8mm blank rounds, 17 5.56 mm rounds, 39 7.62 mm AK-47 rounds, eight 9 mm carbine ball rounds, nine 7.62 mm SLR ball, seven 12 bore cartridges, two Baofeng radio sets and Cortex wire. Security forces also recovered one AK-rifle, one pistol, two Improvised Mortars, one Single Barrel Rifle, two Live improvised Mortar Bombs, 10 7.62 mm rounds and IEDs and IED wire bundles in another search operation launched at Molnom-Molnoi Village and adjoining areas under Tengnoupal-PS, Tengnoupal district.
