New Delhi, June 11: Aluminium prices on Wednesday rose by Rs 1.85 to Rs 243.05 per kg in futures trade as speculators created fresh deals amid a positive trend in the spot market.
Aluminium contracts for July delivery on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose by Rs 1.85, or 0.77 per cent, to Rs 243.05 per kg in a business turnover of 968 lots.
Analysts said fresh deals by traders amid demand from consumer industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
