Amway India has anounced a comprehensive campaign aimed at combating unauthorized sales of its products. Launched in September 2024, this initiative focuses on educating stakeholders about the risks associated with purchasing from unofficial sources, such as third-party e-commerce platforms. With a strict “Zero Tolerance Policy” in place, Amway is committed to suspending or terminating any distributor involved in unauthorized sales, ensuring that authentic products are only available through approved channels.

The initiative comes at a critical time, as consumers in markets like Imphal express growing concerns over counterfeit products flooding the market. Local customers are increasingly seeking assurance of product authenticity and quality, prompting a shift toward authorized Amway distributors. By providing a clear pathway to genuine products, Amway is working to regain consumer confidence and promote safe purchasing practices.

Moreover, Amway’s enhanced delivery network, which spans over 17,000 pin codes, significantly shortens delivery times, with 87% of orders in metro areas arriving within 24 hours. This swift service not only elevates customer satisfaction but also discourages reliance on unauthorized sales channels. With this campaign, Amway India reinforces its commitment to consumer safety and the integrity of its distributor community.
