Amway India has announced a major upgrade to its Home Delivery operations, promising faster and more seamless service for distributors and customers across the country. The company has doubled its service reach over the past five years, now covering more than 17,500 pincodes accounting for over 90% of India. Delivery times have also improved sharply, reducing from 3.1 days to 1.6 days, while next-day deliveries have risen from 29% to more than 55%.
Managing Director Rajneesh Chopra said the company is building Home Delivery as a strategic pillar through stronger partnerships, digital systems and an agile supply chain. Sanjeev Suri, Senior Vice President, added that Amway is using analytics and national logistics collaborations to improve speed, reliability and visibility across its network.
Amway currently operates 23 warehouses, some equipped with Pick-to-Light technology, and fulfills over 2 lakh monthly deliveries with a 99.2% Perfect Delivery Rate. A unified digital tracking platform provides real-time order updates via SMS, email and the company website, while returns are supported through a 30-day policy and doorstep pickup across 1,900 pincodes. Looking ahead, Amway plans to enhance the unboxing experience with premium and sustainable packaging as it continues investing in future-ready delivery systems.
