Pernod Ricard India today announced the successful culmination of the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2025, unveiling a breakthrough interpretation of Indian craftsmanship positioned to shape Fashion’s Next Move. The finale, staged on the Hooghly River against the iconic Howrah Bridge, featured designer Anamika Khanna’s AK|OK label with actor Ishaan Khatter as showstopper. The presentation, hosted in collaboration with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), showcased craft reimagined through futuristic tailoring, metallic finishes and cosmic-inspired graphics.
The showcase unfolded on a barge converted into a floating runway, supported by immersive lighting, sound, lasers and smoke effects. The narrative peaked with Khatter’s dramatic speedboat arrival. Guests were hosted aboard The Bengal Paddle vessel, whose Riverine Museum features rare marine artefacts and exhibits celebrating the Hooghly’s maritime legacy. Pernod Ricard India said the showcase reinforces Blenders Pride’s commitment to bridging heritage and innovation.
Debasree Dasgupta, CMO, Pernod Ricard India, said the finale embodied the conviction that “Future is Crafted.” Designer Anamika Khanna and FDCI Chairman Sunil Sethi affirmed confidence in the sector’s forward momentum.
