CM Khemchand, Deputy CM Nemcha extend Easter greetings

On the joyous occasion of Easter, Chief Minister Y Khemchand extended his warm greetings to the people especially Christian brethren.
Chief Minister Khemchand in a message said, “Easter Sunday marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ and symbolizes hope, renewal, sacrifice, and the triumph of life over adversity. The sacred occasion reminds us of the enduring values of compassion, forgiveness, humility, and love for humanity”.
“May this blessed day inspire us to strengthen the bonds of peace, harmony, and brotherhood among all communities in Manipur, and encourage us to work collectively for a more inclusive, prosperous, and compassionate society,” the Chief Minister wished.
“As we celebrate this sacred festival, let us also reaffirm our commitment to the ideals of unity, mutual respect, and service to humanity. By embracing these values, we can continue to build a society rooted in understanding, harmony, and shared progress,” Khemchand said.
Deputy Chief Minister Nemcha Kipgen also conveyed her warm greetings to all on the auspicious occasion of Easter Sunday, 2026.
“This blessed day commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, symbolizing hope, renewal and the triumph of life over death. It is a time to rejoice in the.promise of new beginnings and to reflect upon the enduring message of faith, love and redemption,” Nemcha Kipgen said in a message.
“May the spirit of Easter fill your heart with peace, inspire hope in your life and bring renewed strength to face the days ahead. Let us celebrate this occasion by embracing compassion, spreading joy and nurturing love within our families and communities,” the Deputy Chief Minister wished.
