New Delhi, Realty company Groovy India Limited reported a net profit of Rs 1.1 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year.
The Delhi-based company, listed on the stock exchanges, had a net loss of Rs 25 lakh in the same quarter last year.
Groovy said in a statement on Monday that total revenue in the April-June quarter of this financial year increased to Rs 8.3 crore from Rs 1.3 crore in the same period last year.
Founded in 1985, Groovy India is a real estate development and consulting company. It has completed more than 100 projects (independent floors) mainly in South Delhi.
The company is developing luxury apartments of more than 1 lakh sq ft in South Delhi.
