The District Administration of Kangpokpi has held a meeting to discuss the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, rationalisation of polling stations, and appointment of Booth Level Agents. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Mahesh Chaudhari, IAS, and attended by representatives of national and state political parties. The DEO emphasized the importance of SIR in ensuring accurate and transparent electoral rolls and urged political parties to actively participate in the process. The meeting also highlighted the need for Booth Level Agents across three Assembly constituencies.
