Jamun, also known as black plum or Indian blackberry, is recommended for diabetes treatment due to its low blood sugar spike and healing properties for the liver. It contains antioxidants, reduces inflammation, and supports liver function by regulating bile flow and preventing bloating. Jamun fruit rich in compounds, regulates starch conversion into sugar, maintaining stable blood sugar levels. It may aid insulin use. Consume raw, fresh jamun seeds or ground into powder or drink fresh juice daily, based on doctor’s advice.
