A delegation of the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) called on Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh in Imphal on Wednesday and shared their aspirations for peaceful coexistence. The Chief Minister later took to social media to state, “Called on by a delegation of the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF), led by Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho, along with MLAs Shri Ram Muivah and Kumo Sha. The delegation shared their aspirations for peaceful coexistence, reflecting the collective desire for harmony and mutual respect among communities.” Singh said he emphasised the importance of understanding each other’s sentiments and strengthening dialogue to build greater trust and cohesion.
“Reiterated that the spirit of brotherhood must guide our path forward,” the Chief Minister stated. He further underscored that peace was the only sustainable solution to any challenge. Reaffirming firm commitment of an inclusive government to address the needs and aspirations of all sections of society, the Chief Minister appealed to all sections to work tirelessly towards maintaining lasting peace, unity, and harmony across Manipur.
