Nissan Motor India has introduced the all-new GRAVITE, a seven-seater MPV launched at an introductory price of ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom), marking the first product under the company’s renewed product offensive and signalling a stronger push into India’s value-driven consumer mobility market. Manufactured locally at Nissan’s Chennai facility, the GRAVITE reflects the company’s “Made in India, Made for India” strategy aimed at meeting the evolving needs of modern Indian families.
Designed for versatility and everyday practicality, the MPV offers flexible seating configurations ranging from two to seven occupants and luggage capacity of up to 625 litres, along with more than 30 standard safety features including six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, Hill-Start Assist and Brake Assist. The vehicle features Nissan’s signature ‘C’ design language, LED lighting systems, modular interiors with premium upholstery, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, digital instrument cluster and wireless charging.
Powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine paired with manual and AMT transmission options, the GRAVITE delivers fuel efficiency of up to 19.6 km/l and is available in five colour options along with a limited launch edition offering enhanced comfort and technology features. Nissan is also expanding its dealer network across Tier I and Tier II cities to improve customer accessibility nationwide.
