Seagram’s Royal Stag has commenced the fourth edition of Royal Stag BoomBox – The Original Sound of Generation Large – with a large-scale opening at Aquatica Ground in Kolkata on February 21, signaling continued expansion in India’s live entertainment and experiential events industry.
The property, built around the brand’s ‘Living It Large’ philosophy, integrates Bollywood melodies and hip-hop beats with immersive art installations, curated food experiences and interactive gaming zones. The Kolkata edition drew thousands of attendees, reflecting sustained consumer demand for multi-format, youth-focused entertainment platforms.
The evening opened with a live gaming face-off led by Payal Dhare, followed by performances from DJ Sahil Gulati and rapper Dino James. Rock band Fossils delivered a strong home-ground performance, while headliner Armaan Malik concluded the event with a set of popular tracks. Participating artists emphasized cross-genre collaboration and audience engagement as defining features of the platform.
Royal Stag BoomBox will now travel to Vizag (March 7), Mumbai (March 21) and Mohali (March 28), reinforcing its multi-city rollout strategy. Industry observers note that branded entertainment platforms of this scale are increasingly shaping India’s event economy by driving production, sponsorship and regional market activation opportunities.
