Security forces apprehended several individuals linked to insurgent groups in the Imphal region. On one day, they arrested Sanasam Rozy Devi, an active cadre of KCP (Apunba), and Phijam Rainson Singh of KCP (Noyon). Additionally, two KYKL members, Hawaijam Nganthoiba and Moirangthem Jenith Singh, were also detained. In response to rising security concerns, fortified search operations and area domination efforts were deployed across various districts, including the establishment of 103 checkpoints. Security protocols were heightened to safeguard the movement of 306 vehicles transporting essential goods along NH-37, ensuring their safe passage through sensitive areas.
