Greaves Electric Mobility’s electric two-wheeler brand Ampere has inaugurated a new Experience Centre, KD24 Enterprises, at Keishampat Wahengbam Leikei in Imphal, expanding its retail and service network in Manipur.
The dealership will offer sales and service support under one roof, showcasing Ampere’s electric scooter portfolio, including the Nexus EX+, Magnus GMax, Magnus Neo and Reo Vyb. The Nexus EX+ features a 5 kW motor, while the Magnus GMax and Nexus EX+ are available in variants offering more than 30 intelligent features through Intellipack. The portfolio also incorporates next-generation LFP battery technology, backed by a standard warranty of up to five years or 75,000 km.
Ampere highlighted its products’ performance across challenging terrain. The Magnus GMax with Intellipack recently completed a nearly 4,000-km endurance ride from Dong Valley in Arunachal Pradesh to Guhar Moti in Gujarat in 15 days. The Nexus platform has also tackled Kolli Hills’ 70 hairpin bends and reached Shipki La Pass at 13,200 feet.
In Imphal, the new dealership could improve access to electric scooters, servicing and ownership support. Its impact will depend on consumer affordability, charging infrastructure and after-sales service availability as electric mobility gains visibility in the local two-wheeler market.
The inauguration forms part of Greaves Electric Mobility’s efforts to expand Ampere’s retail footprint and strengthen customer engagement across key markets.
