In an effort to foster youth involvement and promote healthy lifestyles through sports, the Assam Rifles organized a volleyball tournament in Ishok village, located in the Bishnupur district.
Conducted in partnership with local sports organizations and community leaders, the event attracted enthusiastic participation from five teams representing the village.
The tournament showcased dynamic performances and robust community backing, with teams from the Youth Progressive Club (YPC) Ishok – specifically YPC Ishok, YPC Ishok – Team A, and YPC – Team B – securing the top three positions.
Officials from Assam Rifles and local ward members were present at the event, where they awarded trophies and prizes to the victorious teams.
