Director General, Border Security Force (BSF), Praveen Kumar, called on Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh at the Secretariat in Imphal on Tuesday.
The BSF Director General was accompanied by Sumit Sharan, Additional Director General, BSF, Eastern Command, and Ravi Kant, Inspector General, BSF, Frontier Headquarters, Mizoram and Cachar.
“We deliberated on the prevailing law and order situation in the state. We also discussed matters pertaining to the forthcoming BSF Raising Day celebrations, ” Chief Minister Khemchand Singh said.
The Chief Minister further appreciated the BSF for their dedicated service and their invaluable role towards maintaining peace, security and border management in the State.
