Actor Paresh Rawal has confirmed his return to ‘Hera Pheri 3’ more than a month after he initially declared his departure from the project. In a recent podcast appearance, the well-known actor mentioned that issues have been resolved with the film’s team, and he has reunited with his long-time friends, Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty, in the film directed by Priyadarshan.
Rawal, who portrayed the legendary Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in the comedy series, stated to Himanshu Mehta during his podcast, “Nahi controversy kuch nahi hai (No, there is no controversy). I believe that when something is cherished by the audience, one must exercise additional caution.” He expressed his desire for everyone involved in the film to enhance their efforts. “It is our duty to the audience. The audience has showered you with immense praise. You cannot take things lightly. Mehnat karke unko do (Work hard and provide them with the film). Therefore, I was of the view that sab saath mein aaye, mehnat karein. Aur kuch nahin (Everyone should unite and work hard). It is all settled now,” he clarified.
When requested to provide his thoughts on the trio’s long-awaited return to helm the cherished franchise, Rawal expressed his hope for everyone’s improved well-being.
The filming for ‘Hera Pheri 3’ is set to commence in January of the following year.
