Guwahati will host the 45th edition of the Water India Expo from June 2 to 4 at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre, bringing together key stakeholders from the water and wastewater industry across the country. The three-day exhibition is expected to witness participation from over 120 exhibitors and more than 5,000 visitors, according to organisers. Industry leaders, technology providers, manufacturers, policymakers, consultants, entrepreneurs and academic institutions are likely to take part in the event.
Organisers said the expo will serve as a platform for collaboration, innovation and knowledge exchange in the water and wastewater sector at a time when sustainable water management and advanced treatment technologies are gaining increasing importance. The exhibition will showcase a wide range of technologies and products related to water treatment, reverse osmosis, recycling, filtration, desalination, packaged drinking water, UV disinfection, membranes, chemicals and domestic water purification systems.
Live product demonstrations, presentations and networking sessions will also be organised during the event to encourage interaction among participants and industry experts. The expo is also expected to facilitate discussions on emerging technologies and sustainable solutions in the water sector. Representatives from government bodies, engineering organisations, manufacturing industries, distributors, builders, consultants and system integrators are expected to attend the event.
